Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible the item must be in the condition you received it, with all accessories and packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@burnit-off.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and an address. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected we will let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to post it.

Return shipping

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered. In those cases we cover it.

Damaged or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photographs and we will put it right.

Free gifts

The Fascia Recovery Guide eBook is included free with every order and is not refundable separately. It does not affect your right to return the physical product.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible and we will cancel if it has not already gone out.
