Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

United States: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders of two or more units. Single unit orders are charged at the rate shown at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show movement.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather and customs can extend delivery beyond the estimate. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact support@burnit-off.com and we will chase it.

Wrong address

We ship to the address given at checkout. If the address was entered incorrectly, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped we cannot redirect it.
